3. Hozir is not a lender
Hozir is not a bank, microfinance organisation or lender. Installment plans are provided by financing partners on their own terms. Approval decisions are made solely by the partner.
4. Trademarks
Hozir name and logo belong to the operator. Names of partners are used to identify them and belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit false data, other people’s data without their consent, automated or bulk requests, or attempt to disrupt the site.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
