1. Who we are

This policy applies to the website landing.credit-broker.smartblax.uz and is issued under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended.
2. What data we collect
Through the application form: company name, your name, phone number and business type, plus the date, time and version of this policy you consented to.
Technical data processed automatically for security (IP address, browser user agent) is used only to protect the site from abuse and is not stored together with your application.
We do not collect passport data, biometric data, card numbers or any data about your customers through this website.
3. Why we process it
To contact you about connecting your business to Hozir, prepare a commercial offer and conclude an agreement.
To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 8). Where we conclude an agreement with your company, further processing is based on that agreement and on legal obligations.
5. Who receives the data
Authorised Hozir employees and service providers that host our infrastructure or CRM under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We do not pass your application to financing partners (Uzum Nasiya, Alif Nasiya, Variant, Rahmat, TBC Nasiya) without your separate consent.
Data may be disclosed to state bodies only in cases provided for by law.
6. Where and how long we store it
Personal data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan [confirm hosting]. If we ever transfer data abroad, we will do so only under the conditions of Article 27-1 of the Law "On Personal Data" and will update this policy.
Applications that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within [12] months after the last contact. Data under a concluded agreement is kept for the term required by law.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access control, the principle of least privilege, rate limiting and anti-spam protection, and we log access to personal data.
8. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to [Toshkent sh., … ko‘chasi, …-uy]. We respond within the time limits set by law.
You may also file a complaint with the authorised state body for personal data protection.
9. Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie (hozir_lang) to remember the language you chose. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.

We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always published on this page.
